Interested in being a vendor at 2nd Sundays?   Great, you're at the right place.   The 2nd Sundays on Mill features Arizona local artisans, crafters, and gift-makers that sell products that include jewelry, soap, bath products, ceramics, painting, and unique gifts for all interest.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are all about supporting local artists and entrepreneurs. So whether your product is jewelry, soaps, paintings, or hot sauce, it must be all created by you in Arizona. Exceptions are made for food, special programming, and our vintage category. We're looking for purveyors of all kinds - crafters, upcyclers, artists, sculptors, painters, musicians, inventors, farmers, food vendors including packaged goods, concessions, and snacks. We are not accepting Food Trucks or Trailers at this time.

Note: In the event that we need to fill a need, or special programming, event management reserves the right to approve the scale of products outside of this criteria.

If you could use the following words to describe your craft, you should apply:

  • Upcycled Creations

PRODUCTS NOT ACCEPTED

We pride ourselves on supporting local businesses. However, if your business can be described with the following words, you will not be accepted into the event.

  • Buy/sell products
  • Multi-level marketing companies
  • Booths used primarily for lead generation
  • Products with offensive messages/imagery
  • Independent distributors
  • Items with blatant copyright infringement
  • Crafts created from kits
EVENT SCHEDULE/HOURS

2nd Sundays is scheduled for October 2022 through March 2023. Clouds and rain do not scare us! This is a rain or shine event. Please refer to our specific Facebook event page for weekly information, including vendors and special programming.

  • November 13, 2022
  • December 11, 2022 (Holiday Market)
  • January 8, 2023
  • February 12, 2023 
  • March 12, 2022  
EVENT LAYOUT/MAP

2nd Sundays will be located on Mill Avenue between 3rd Street and University Drive. Streets are closed to vehicles. However, the Tempe Streetcar will be operating on its regular Sunday schedule.

ARTISTS AND COTTAGE EDIBLES (PACKAGED FOOD, BATH & BODY)

Price Breakdown

  • $300 for the entire season ($50 per market, due at one-time)
  • $60 per Sunday (if paid no later than the 1st of the month you plan to attend)
  • $70 per Sunday (if paid between the 2nd and 5th of the month you plan to attend)

FARMERS

If you are an Arizona based grower/farmer we would love to have you! 

The cost for farmers is $30 per Sunday.

READY TO EAT SNACK AND BEVERAGE TENTS OR CARTS

If you sell ready-to-eat snacks and beverages from a tent or cart, please apply! We are not accepting food trucks or trailers at this time. 

The cost is $50 per Sunday.

NON PROFITS

We enjoy supporting non-profit organizations. The fee is just $30 per Sunday.

Please read the Vendor Handbook before completing the Non-Profit Application, as many of the same rules still apply.

MUSICIANS 

We hire solo acts, duos, and trios to perform at 2nd Sundays on Mill. 

If you could use the following words to describe your act, you should apply:

  • Upbeat performances (some sad ballads are okay, but limit them)
  • On-time and professional
  • Likes performing outdoors
  • Promotes their gigs on social media

MARKETING/MEDIA

Each vendor is responsible for marketing the event. A Marketing Kit with approved graphics, logos, messaging and creative content be emailed to accepted vendors.
