WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are all about supporting local artists and entrepreneurs. So whether your product is jewelry, soaps, paintings or hot sauce, it must be all created by you in Arizona. Exceptions are made for food trucks and concessions. We're looking for purveyors of all kinds - crafters, upcyclers, artists, sculptors, painters, musicians, inventors, growers, farmers, food vendors including packaged goods, concessions, snacks, and food trucks.

Note: In the event that we need to fill a Market need, or special programming, Market management reserves the right to approve the scale of products outside of this criteria.

If you could use the following words to describe your craft, you should apply:

PRODUCTS NOT ACCEPTED

We pride ourselves on supporting local businesses. However, if your business can be described with the following words, you will not be accepted into the Market.

  • Buy/sell products
  • Multi-level marketing companies
  • Booths used primarily for lead generation
  • Products with offensive messages/imagery
  • Independent distributors
  • Items with blatant copyright infringement
  • Crafts created from kits
MARKET SCHEDULE/HOURS

The 6th Street Market is a weekly market that takes place 10am - 3pm every Sunday, November 3, 2019 thru April 5, 2019.

The 6th Street Market is located in the heart of Downtown Tempe at 6th Street Park surrounding Tempe City Hall. This is the perfect shaded setting for individuals and families to shop from unique local artists and enjoy local live music.

FARMERS

If you are an Arizona based grower/farmer we want you at the 6th Street Market!

The cost for growers and farmers is $20 per market.

FOOD TRUCKS, TRAILERS, CARTS, AND CONCESSIONS

If you have a food truck, trailer, cart or concession stand we want you at the 6th Street Market!

Price Breakdown:

  • $20 per market when you register for the entire season (21 markets) at one time

NON PROFITS

We enjoy supporting non-profit organizations. The fee is just $10 per Market.

Please read the 6th Street Market Vendor Handbook before completing the Non-Profit Interest Form, as many of the same rules still apply.

MUSICIANS 

We hire solo acts, duos, and trios to perform at the Market. Musician compensation for a 2.5 hour set is the following:

Solo - $125 per market

Duos - $225 per market

Trios - $300 per market

If you could use the following words to describe your act, you should apply:

  • Upbeat performances (some sad ballads are okay, but limit them)
  • On time and professional
  • Likes performing outdoors
  • Promotes their gigs on social media
