It’s officially that time of year here in the Valley – our pools turn into lukewarm baths, we keep oven mitts in our vehicles and cook things with nothing more than sunshine and triple digit heat. To be frank, it’s just really freakin' hot! If there’s one thing we could all agree on, it’s that we need to stay hydrated. 3. COOL AS A CUCUMBER | BANG BANG SUSHI

Personally, I think cucumber is the most refreshing thing on a hot day, so this Cool As A Cucumber cocktail from Bang Bang Sushi had to make this list! This drink is made with Mi Campo blanco, agave, cucumber, lime and lychee and is even on Happy Hour (Wednesday-Sunday from 4pm-6:30pm)! For a perfect pairing, try it with another cucumber-themed Happy Hour item like a California or Veggie Sushi roll.
