The Downtown Tempe Enhanced Services district was formed in 1993 to manage the development of downtown and improve the quality of the environment.  Each year, the City of Tempe reviews the assessment methodology and proposed budget and plan of work for the upcoming year. 

It it a privilege for our organization to have the opportunity to carry out our vision to make downtown more vibrant and inclusive.   We work in partnership with the City of Tempe and our stakeholders to strengthen this place.   

Below are all documents related to the annual assessment review that will take place in June 2025. The DTA Annual Board meeting is June 18, 2025.  Please EMAIL with any questions, we are happy to provide clarification.
