On-Street Parking

On-street parking in Downtown Tempe is simple and convenient. All on-street parking is metered during specific hours, with approximately 590 on-street spaces throughout the district.

When On-Street Parking is Metered:

• 8 AM-10 PM Monday through Friday
• 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Saturdays 

When On-Street Parking is Free:

• Sundays
• Holidays

How to Pay:

Downtown Tempe upgraded to multi-space meters(a single kiosk that manages multiple spaces) to reduce sidewalk clutter and make payment more convenient. Pay by phone, at any nearby kiosk, or by downloading the ParkMobile app.

Payment methods include Cash (at Kiosk only), Credit Card, and Apple Pay
