This five story collaborative learning space hosts ASU's newest bookstore/marketplace, a drop-in classroom space for students, administration offices for faculty as well as housing ASU's School of Sustainable Engineering and the Built Environment. The project encompasses the southeast corner of College Avenue and 7th Street, with an shaded outdoor event space activating the open area for students. The development sits in walking distance from the ASU Campus, Sun Devil Stadium, Mill Avenue, and the Tempe Transit Center.
