Inspired by the drama of old-world cathedrals, the room boasts rich crimson tones, stained glass, candlelit energy and immaculate details. Behind the bar, an award-winning beverage team creates cocktails that move from bright and botanical to rich, complex and spirit-forward, with each drink designed as its own experience.
