This utility box’s acrylic painting features an orange 1956 Chevy Bel Air with a friendly waving driver. Scenes around the sides include Tempe Town Lake, Tempe Bridge and Hayden Flour Mill. The east side references the town in Greece for which Tempe is named. Kokopelli is also featured in honor of local Native American culture.
