Proof Bread’s Thanksgiving Pre-Orders
Order by November 12 | Pick-up November 26–27

Friends, make sure you get your PRE ORDER in by November 12.
Proof Bread is serving up something you don't want to miss. Every loaf, roll, or pastry is handmade from locally milled grains and long-fermented sourdoughs — the same breads that nourish our community all year, now wrapped in the flavors of the season. This time of year, all of their regular menu items are ready for pre-orders, but they will also present these holiday specials:
Brioche rolls, Apple pie made with stone-milled White Sonoran flour, Maple Pecan Croissants, and everyone's favorite Sourdough Cinnamon Rolls. These are made with our rich sourdough brioche dough. This brioche dough is made with our sweet sourdough starter, Ruth, for extra tenderness and sweetness. Then they're rolled with a filling of cinnamon sugar, honey, and butter. Each 4-pack will include a container of our decadent frosting, with the perfect tang of cream cheese and the delicate flavor of vanilla bean paste. This way, you can heat your cinnamon rolls to your preferred temperature and then add the frosting exactly to your liking.
Don't miss their sourdough stuffing bread and a large centerpiece loaf. Their centerpiece sourdough is a classic recipe presented in a larger format, perfect for sharing at holiday dinners.
The order deadline is Wednesday, November 12, 2025. Pick up is Wednesday, 11/26 from 7 a.m. - 7 p.m., or Thanksgiving Day between 7 a.m. - 12 p.m.
