The month of August brings National Black Business Month, an annual event started in 2004 to provide an opportunity for consumers to not only support Black businesses but provide them a platform to grow their businesses and build wealth for current and future generations of African Americans. In celebration of Black Business Month, we’ve compiled a list of Black-owned businesses in Downtown Tempe that are making a difference in the areas of food, personal services, beauty and more.
